Student safety & safeguarding.

Schools trust us with their students. This page explains how we approach that responsibility.

Our approach

Our sessions take place in partner schools, and we work alongside each school and follow its safeguarding rules and procedures while we are there.

Online safety is part of the curriculum

Internet safety, ethics and cyber hygiene are taught as a core module in the primary stage, so students learn to use technology safely as they learn to build with it.

Student information and work

We collect only the information needed to run the programme. We will not publish student photos, names or work, for example at a showcase or on our website, without the consent of the school and the students' parents or guardians.
